Join an unforgettable summer where Bay Area students team up with peers from Taiwan! Live the full HSArts experience alongside our international guests: take classes together, explore Silicon Valley, make lifelong friends, and discover why the Bay Area is the global capital of creativity and innovation.
Each session is a 12-day immersive journey, including a full Saturday and Sunday for our epic weekend excursions.
July 3 – July 14, 2026
Program Highlight:
- Morning Bilingual Swap: While our Taiwanese friends take intensive English, you’ll dive into fun, practical Mandarin Chinese classes taught by native speakers.
- Shared Afternoon Tracks: Choose your passion! Collaborate on projects in Coding & App Development (JavaScript), Visual Arts, Dance, Filmmaking, or STEAM.
- Epic Field Trips: Shared adventures to Pier 39, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Golden Gate Bridge, Apple Park, and a Sunset Bay Cruise.
- American Summer Traditions: Cookouts, beach games, and talent shows—plenty of time to laugh, dine, and play together.
$2,160 per session Your tuition includes:
- Meals: Daily Lunch and Dinner.
- Excursions: All entrance fees for tours and the Bay Cruise.
- (Note: Individual amusement park ride tickets at Santa Cruz are not included).

Gain insight into how videos are made, the tools video people use to tell a story, with a fun, hands-on experience with shooting and editing
