This camp offers young musicians an immersive experience in outstanding string and piano ensembles. Guided by Professor Arbuckle from Juilliard’s pre-college program and renowned violin professor Professor Braude, the class focuses on elevating string skills. Through private lessons, masterclasses, small and large ensembles, students refine techniques, delve into musicianship, and collaborate joyfully with fellow music enthusiasts.

Sophie Arbuckle
Violist Sophie Arbuckle is celebrated for her performances in renowned U.S. and European chamber music series. She serves as a pre-college professor at Juilliard and contributes as a jury member at the International Johannes Brahms Competition. Her prep students have gone on to conservatories as Juilliard and NEC and Royal College of Music in London as well as Harvard and Princeton.
Arik Braude
Renowned violinist Arik Braude, praised for his sophisticated performances globally, is a professor at The New School for Music. He's impacted students who've soloed with major orchestras and won international prizes. His teaching expertise, featured in The Strad Magazine, aligns with his leadership in JVNY, directing young musicians and leading international chamber music workshops.
